| PURPOSE AND RATIONALE OF THE QUALIFICATION |
| The (first) purpose of the qualification is to provide possessors with an integrated and effective post graduate-level base of knowledge, specific skills and applied competence in the field of project management, whether in the private or public sector.
The (second) purpose of the qualification is to provide South Africa with high-level postgraduates able to actively participate in the construction industry. |
