Learning outcomes:
The learner will have the prelude of his/her specialisation field in chemistry.
Depending on the specialisation, the learner will
  • understand the usage and application of advanced methods in spectroscopy.
  • use advanced analytic techniques
  • use advanced molecular modelling of compounds,
  • apply advanced techniques in the planning and synthesis of organic, inorganic or organometallic compounds in the laboratory.
  • use and apply existing information to solve problems in the laboratory, pertinent to the specialisation field.
  • be able to discuss his/her research and his/her participation in solving the problems of the research project, during local and national conferences.

    Critical cross-field outcomes:
    The learner will be able to use the chemical sciences and related technologies effectively and critically, while showing responsibility towards the environment and the health of the communities
