    Benefits of the qualification:
  • The learner will benefit from gaining relevant skills to enter the workplace, and society will benefit from having qualified learners with the potential to start their own ventures, thereby becoming employers.
  • Society will benefit from having learners with the competencies required to manage private as well as public institutions competently and ethically at an intermediary level.
  • The economy will benefit from having human capital with the requisite skills of meeting the economic growth needs of the country.

For a learner to be exempted from a module, the learner needs to provide sufficient evidence in the form of a portfolio that demonstrates that competency was achieved for the learning outcomes that are equivalent to the learning outcomes of the module.
