PURPOSE AND RATIONALE OF THE QUALIFICATION 
Purpose:
The aim of the programme is to allow students to apply their environmental skills to analyze and address Environmental and Geographical problems and contribute to sustainable development through research.

Rationale:
Through this research based programme, students will be expected to work independently (through guidance from supervisor/s) in evaluating and analyzing environmental challenges through their research projects.
