PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD 
This unit standard is for people who will manage and organise the work of an Corporate Services Manager in a South African mission.

The qualifying learner will be able to:
  • Manage the service standards of the mission.
  • Manage mission documentation.
  • Manage the receiving and dispatching of diplomatic bags in terms of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic and Consular Relations.
  • Provide project support for South African events abroad.

    Mail from partner departments is dealt with procedurally.
