The person credited with this Unit Standard will be able to apply knowledge of the forwarding industry and operational principles to successfully secure and retain new business.

The qualifying learner is capable of:
  • Identifying prospective market and clients in line with company's products and services.
  • Advising prospective clients of the potential for optimising their international logistics operations.
  • Securing new business on the basis of the company's products and services.
  • Maintaining and securing new and existing business.
