Learners credited with this Unit Standard are able to apply firearm measuring equipment for the purpose of determining the wear, safety margin and functionality of firearms within the firearms maintenance industry. A person credited with this unit standard will be able to:

  • Demonstrate the use of firearm measuring equipment.
  • Explain and demonstrate care and storage of firearm measuring equipment.
