PURPOSE AND RATIONALE OF THE QUALIFICATION 
The purpose of this qualification is to further advancements in the field of agricultural extension.

The qualifying learner will be competent to apply extension research methods and interpret, analyse and evaluate
abstract information.


This qualification forms the foundation for the Ph.D (Extension) degree.
