PURPOSE AND RATIONALE OF THE QUALIFICATION |
To develop extension specialists to be competent in rural development programme and management. Learners will be competent in appraising, developing, managing and evaluating agricultural development programmes. The learner will further be competent in interpersonal relations and communication to be able to work individually and/or in groups to contribute towards the betterment of agricultural business in the country and the region as a whole. |
